Even humble boat trips from island to island can be a tremendous adventure - provided that you don't do this too often (my case).
This is my recollection of a hydrofoil boat "ride" from Procida island to Naples.
After having explored Procida a bit, I rushed back to the port to catch my boat back to Naples.
But it hasn't arrived for another more than 2 hours. It was frustrating long waiting in the port area. I couldn't allow myself to return to explore further, because missing the boat would have turned my schedule upside-down...
I turned the waiting time to my own advantage: contemplating the "elements" of the port and the area around. So, here's a number of photos that I've taken around Procida's port...
